XXXVIII Delegates Meeting RegiStration

The SCAR Delegates Meetings are closed meetings that are only open to SCAR Delegates (see About page for details on SCAR Delegates). A limited number of non-Delegates are allowed to attend and can apply for “Observer” status by contacting the SCAR Secretariat (info@scar.org).
